Holder of a Bachelor in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Jasmine offers many years of international and national experience as an administrator, bookkeeper and customer service manager. She is also trilingual, fluent in Hindi, English and French. Jasmines broad skillset, attention to details, professional manner and approachable, friendly demeanour make her the ideal first point of contact with IMS.

Nicolette has a vibrant and energetic approach to her work and her clients. Having come from a law background she is well versed in navigating the technicalities of this field. Not only does she bring these skills to IMS, but she also brings her positive "can do" attitude, her meticulous attention to detail and her unique ability to make clients feel welcome and listened to.

Dhiraj comes from an IT and Customer Service background. He's particularly fluent in negotiating complex technical issues and handling challenging customer service enquiries. These skills combined with his fierce attention to detail and diligent work ethic make him ideal for this industry and IMS. Dhiraj is currently studying Migration Law and will soon be transitioning to a Migration Agent. In the meantime, you can expect he will be conscientiously aiding our staff and contributing to our team’s successful outcomes.

Andrew is an all-rounder and tends to work between all departments assisting Migration Agents, Administration, Marketing, and IT. He has a varied knowledge including: science, programming, web-development, customer service, advertising and now migration-law. His ability to multi-task, and his perseverance and diligence towards his duties have proven him an excellent asset to our team.
